Hey there! We are Flipper Devices, the team that created Flipper Zero, a portable multitool for engineers.

Flipper Zero fits in your pocket and is always ready to analyze both wired and radio protocols, write contact and contactless keys, and much more. Our product is loved by geeks and beginning pen-testers alike.

Apart from many other things, our team works on creating developer tools, support systems, and computing infrastructure — namely, the firmware compilation toolchain, containers, CI/CD, packaging systems, and everything that hosts them.

We’re looking for a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer who will be focused on ensuring optimal performance and security of our systems by leveraging advanced skills.

The company assists with relocation from Europe if the candidate has an RTW in the UK.

Your responsibilities

Management of Kubernetes (K8s) systems.
Maintenance of Flipper Devices infrastructure.
Continuous integration and Continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Requirements

Linux (Advanced Level): You have a deep understanding of Linux systems, including their architecture, deployment strategies, and debugging.
Docker: Proficiency in containerizing web-applications, toolchains, and auxiliary tools, ensuring efficient development and deployment workflows.
K8S (Advanced Level): Expertise in Kubernetes architecture is crucial, including the configuration and management of environments on both public and private clouds. You are also familiar with advanced networking concepts, including service mesh implementations, Storage Area Networks (SAN), and debugging.
Python: Utilize Python to automate builds, conduct testing, and manage deployment processes.
Observability: monitoring (Zabbix/Nagios, etc), logging (Graylog, Logstash, etc.), metrics (Prometheus).
CI/CD: Deep understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies.
Networking: Profound knowledge of networking principles, including the OSI Model and the Linux networking stack, to ensure stable and secure network operations.

Nice-to-have

Experience with macOS and Windows.
Basic knowledge of C/C++, such as the ability to compile and understand the code.
Familiarity with dpkg-buildpackage, rpmbuild and related tools.
Experience with OBS, Launchpad and similar platforms.
