Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor platform performance and the environment to detect system anomalies using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK stack.
• Investigate incidents affecting software, networks, or hardware and implement solutions quickly.
• Proactively resolve issues in real-time, collaborating with DevOps, development, and QA teams when necessary.
• Process data to generate actionable insights for troubleshooting and resolution using ClickHouse.
• Configure, optimize, and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows using Python.
• Contribute to platform reliability improvements through ongoing analysis and monitoring.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in support, maintenance, software administration, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong interest in trading or prior experience with independent trading.
• Solid experience with Python, SQL for automating and optimizing tasks.
• Proficiency with Linux OS and knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, HTTP, WebSocket).
• A degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• English proficiency for reading and understanding technical documentation (B1-B2).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with trading systems, algo-trading, or investment infrastructure.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK.
