A decentralized finance (DeFi) platform offering concentrated liquidity market making (CLMM) with leveraged positions. It is a comprehensive toolkit for Liquidity Providers bringing a full variety of instruments across the DeFi Space in a single decentralized Application.

Our mission is to create an environment where Liquidity Providers will feel most comfortable to farm at, hedge their positions and add leverage while at the same time Lenders can experience the best APY % in the space. We’re to bring in the best User Experience!

About project:

It is a project in the Solana Network, launched on the mainnet two months ago. The protocol is bringing innovation to Solana, specifically in the Lending market. We provide tools for both lenders and liquidity providers, offering some of the highest lending rates in the blockchain space. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of innovation. For liquidity providers, we enable farming with leverage to amplify rewards, allowing LPs to take bigger risks.

After a very successful launch and experiencing rapid userbase and TVL growth, we're looking to add a senior fullstack developer with a strong focus on frontend to join our team. The protocol's TVL grew by $10M in one month, with several thousand transactions per day. This is a serious challenge for our team and our business. We are looking for a strong candidate who can contribute towards our rapid growth phase currently experienced by our project, implement a wide range of new features, and take the project to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new features, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, CEO, and UI/UX designer to align development with business and design goals.

About the role in the Team & Requirements:

• As we are a small team, you will have a lot of responsibility and the role will be demanding in its complexity, high quality standards and ability to work autonomously.
• We value team members who show initiative, can feel ownership of the product consistently push at least 2 commercially deployed projects, have either developed themselves or everyone around them to greatness.
• Resume featuring at as part of a team or independently.
• As it’s a financial application, the role assumes a strong background in mathematics & computer science.
• 8+ years of experience at least.
• English: B1+ (intermediate).

Proficiency in:

• JavaScript/TypeScript.
• React.
• Next.js (or a similar framework, e.g., Remix).
• Strong skills in Mathematics and algorithms — MUST HAVE.

Experience with:

• Writing unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Working with CI systems (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar).
• Git.
• Building and scaling backend services.
• Any low-level language like C/C++ or Rust.

• Experience with Solana blockchain.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or hosting services (Vercel, Cloudflare, Fly.io, DigitalOcean).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema and index optimization.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working on applications with over 500 simultaneous users or 500,000 active users per month.
